- Now this next tip may sound drastic but it definitely works. Don’t do the grocery shopping yourself! Either order through a delivery service or get your partner, friend or relative to do it. Why? To avoid temptation. Dieters can often buy items that they don’t need or shouldn’t have. Remember the supermarkets’ marketing teams are experts at making us buy things we either don’t need or don’t want!
- Yoga and meditation are great tools for focusing on issues in your life and it can also help increase metabolism which aids in the weight loss process.
- Take a multivitamin. Make sure you look out for any sugar content however, sugar is sometimes used in the coating, capsules are usually the best sugar free option. The most requested vitamin is a B complex containing B12 to help with energy.
