HCG Recipes – Baked Lemon And Pepper White Fish

HCG Recipes with lemonYou can use the white fish of your choice for this HCG diet recipe, which is so fresh with its citrus flavors combining with the spices to make a very tasty dish, one of those dishes that you can share with family and friends!

In this HCG recipe I use the baking method, feel free to cook on the grill if you wish, the smokiness will give it a completely different taste.

Ingredients

  • 100g of your choice of white fish
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Teaspoon of lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper

In a small bowl combine the lemon juice, zest, garlic, and spices mixing together well. Place the fish in a suitable container and add the combined ingredients, making sure to coat the fish completely, cover and place in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Heat the oven to 400 F. Remove the fish from the marinade tray and place in a non-stick oven-proof dish covering with the remaining marinade and bake for 10-15 minutes depending on thickness.

Serve with an HCG friendly salad!
